Ullman Sails University:

The bi-annual Ullman Sails University gathering is happening in San Diego this year.  This is where Ullman Sails Team members get schooled on the latest technology and processes involved in the sail making industry.  Ullman Sails Team members also learn the latest on optimizing boats for racing and cruising.  Each team member presents what they have learned over the past year and teaches it to the rest of the group.  This is what keeps Ullman Sails at the top of the sail making industry and why Ullman Sails has continued to grow in this economic down turn.

It is important to Ullman Sails to keep everyone informed on the latest developments and the best way to serve the customer.  Ullman Sails Team members fine tune everything from tuning techniques and high wind sail handling to sail design and the latest in lamination techniques.  It is also a great chance to show case the success of the year. Although throughout the year Ullman Sails has countless phone conferences and Skype conferences this bi-annual meeting fills in the gaps and works on comradely amongst the team members.

This year Ullman Sails Team members will be learning about the new Fiberpath Sport.  This is a new product from Ullman Sails that brings the load path technology to the smaller club racers at a more reasonable price than the Grand Prix predecessor.  Ullman Sails is excited to launch this new product and will be producing sails soon for the spring time racing season.
