Dave Ullman leads the Design Team here at Ullman Sails and works with several of the Ullman Sails Lofts on sail development for classes and boats in those particular areas and conditions. Other designers in the system are Max Skelly, Yancy Smith, Charlie Ogletree, Gary Swenson, Bruce Hollis, and Jeff Lenhart. With design input from Eric Shampain, Chuck Skewes, Bruce Cooper, Bucky Smith, John Bennett, and Chris Winnard.
The Ullman Sails Team has grown significantly over the last few years and 2009 is no exception with multiple National Champion Chris Winnard joining the team. Chris will lead the team in the Pacific Northwest and contribute in the San Diego area. Another great asset to the Ullamn Sails Team is John Bennett. John joined the team late in 2008. John is assisting the team out of Newport Beach and Acapulco. John has been involved in the sailing industry in Southern California for the last 30 years.
