Over Night Sail Repair Help us help you

At regattas when you have a problem with your sails it can be stressful trying to get them repaired for the next day racing.  Ullman Sails is prepared to help you get back on the water without missing a beat.  Here are a few tips to make it go smoother and make sure you can be back on track the next morning. At regattas when you have a problem with your sails it can be stressful trying to get them repaired for the next day racing.  Ullman Sails is prepared to help you get back on the water without missing a beat.  Here are a few tips to make it go smoother and make sure you can be back on track the next morning.

  1. Try to dry sail. The sails have to be dry for the repair to start so the dryer it is when it arrives at the van or loft the easier and quicker it will get repaired.
  2. Get to the van early.  If there are a lot of repairs they will be done on a first come first serve basis and if you are early your sail will be done early.
  3. Have credit card ready.  We need to have payment for the sails when they are delivered and having the payment ready will also speed this process up.
  4. Make sure the person dropping the repair off knows what the repair is to be done.  It would also be good to know location of tears on spinnakers so that we do not spend time looking for them.

At Ullman Sails we are happy to help you in any way.  Feel free to contact us before, during, or after the regatta for assistance.  Good luck and sail fast.
